Before you do, please make sure that you are absolutely certain that the work has been infringed.
It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that are covered by the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (the text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office Web Site) as well as other applicable copyright laws. The owners and operators of the Site have created the process described below to respond to notifications of alleged infringement. Please note that you are liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification. In addition, you can be sued by the author for making a false accusation. If you have any questions about whether you should file a notification of a counter notification, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.
If you wish to file a notice of infringement with us please follow the steps below.
1. Prepare an email containing the following information about the piece of work you believe to be infringing:
2. Include the following statements in your email:

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Sign your full name
4. Submit the email to designatedagent@bestcashcow.com
If you do not provide all of the information listed above, and if after a good faith attempt to contact you, we are unable to complete your notice, the notice will be deemed void.
Once the notice containing all the required information has been received, we will temporarily remove the implicated infringed work from public access, thereby eliminating all legal liability to the owners and operators of our Site. We will notify the author of the infringed work once it has been removed. If the author believes they have been mistakenly implicated, they may file a counter notice as described below.

If you do not provide the information above, and fail to do so after a good faith attempt by us to contact you, then your counter notice will be deemed void and your work will be permanently removed from the Site.
