Get Started

Getting started is easy. Simply register as a member of BestCashCow.com, enter the appropriate ad code, and then submit financial content you think others would find interesting. Content can include:

• An original article with insight on a certain business or financial topic.
• A link to an article, video, audio show located anywhere else on the Web.
• A video or podcast embedded in a BestCashCow.com page.

As long as the content is financially related, it can be added to the site. Your ads will automatically be included on everything you post. So, the more great content you post, the more viewers you will receive, and the more money you will earn.

You can load your own ads from Google Adsense or the Yahoo Publisher Network. If you don’t belong to one of these networks, we’ve also created an interface so you can upload your own ads into this space.

Do I have to pay anything?

No, BestCashCow is a free site. It is free to post content and read articles. You do not pay, but instead have the potential to make money.

How is this different from posting to a Blog?

It's not that much different. Like a Blog, BestCashCow allows it authors to easily publish articles, videos, audio, etc. But unlike a Blog, the site brings together many authors and then organizes the information by category, tag, popularity, etc. We think readers prefer to access financial news and articles this way. That means that as a writer, you start out posting to a site that has tens of thousands of visitors versus a Blog that doesn't have any.

But there's no reason you can't have a Blog and also post to BestCashCow. In fact, we make it easy to link from BestCashCow to relevant Blog posts so that you can drive readers to your posts and make from doing it.

What if I don’t have an Adsense or Yahoo Publisher Network Account (YPN)?

How much money can I make?

There is no limit to the amount of money you can make. The amount you make depends on how many people visit and read the articles, links, videos, etc. that you submit. The more interesting your content, the more people will come. Others will find your content via the search engines. You can help attract more readers by clicking on the Promote tab at the top of the site and using some of the tools on the page.

In addition, the more content you submit, the more you will make.

What kind of content can I submit?

You can submit original articles or link to article located elsewhere on the Web. You can also embed video from places like YouTube, the Wall Street Journal, Google Video, and other video sites. You can also embed podcasts from various sources. As long as the content is informative, is not spam or simply an ad, and is related to financial services it will be fine. 

Check the list of categories on the site to get an idea of what we’ll accept. Browsing through the articles is also a good way to get a sense.

Do I have to pay taxes on any money I make?

Probably. Taxes you have to pay are between your ad provider, or any advertisers you recruit yourself. BestCashCow.com is not involved in tax or payment issues.
