This account (eLink Savings) can only be opened with this rate if you link it to one of their checking accounts. If you want only the savings account you will not get this rate.

Rates do not appear on the website, but when I called I got a very unhelpful representative who finally verified that the rates are as indicated on this site, but was not convincing. The entire application process relies on printing and mailing an application. I eventually lost my patience with this; you probably will too.
