I opened an "Extreme" checking account after finding it on this site. Over the past month, I have had some of the best service from online as well as phone reps I have ever received. They make setting up an account very easy, and if you run into a snag, give them a call and they will walk you through any part of the enrollment, transfer or funding process. I received my debit card 7 days after opening the account online, and my free checks 4 days after requesting them. They even email you to let you know that you've met all the requirements for the 4.50% interest rate. Yes, you have to be a resident of one of 3 states to qualify, but it certainly pays if you do!
