The article doesn't say anything about their strategy or what their compelling proposition is. It implies that they are going to open grocery stores in lower income markets and that is an area that seems saturated.

The article says that they are very secretive, and you have to believe that they must be on to something or else Buffett wouldn't be investing in it.
