After six years since its release, Google News has changed little. Google is losing traffic to other sites like Yahoo and MSNBC, and there's still a question about how Google can generate revenue from this service.
One thing I appreciate about Google is the lack of ads, especially the image and flash ads. In fact, Google News doesn't have any ads, not even text link ads, since Google worries that it could lead to lawsuits from publishers. That may be part of the problem.
