Nokia doesn't just want to be a hand-set maker and it's buying up companies to offer services. The question is whether it can move from a manufacturer to a service provider.

the answer to the question is no and you want to sell NOK. Enpocket had $5 million in rev last year. It was a failed business model and Nokia bought it to bail out an investment fund that it owned that had taken too big of a stake in there (Bluerun Ventures which used to be called Nokia Ventures). The acquisition of Navteq is more interesting, but I still think that their strategy will fail.

By the way, I should also point out that both of these Nokia acquisitions are old news already.
