Jamie Dimon admitted that JP Morgan got a real deal buying Bear Stearns for $10 per share. But it reinforces something I believe which is in tough times, vunreability results in a collapse in value. The opposite is also true. Those with cash in tough times are truly wealthy.

But Bear would have been bankrupt so it's kind of a false conversation. When there is a run on the bank, there's noting the bank can do.
