Let's figure out some ways to actually save money using credit cards. The reason why we can do so is because many credit cards give back cash rebates for using the card on regular purchases (it could also be in the form of reward points). The reason they could do that is because credit card issuers earn fees from merchants for every transaction in which a credit card is used and swiped through the system.
