This is a review of LifeLock that has more pros than cons.

You can see how LifeLocks's business model evolved after the passing of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, and why credit bureaus and lenders have been the source of much of the smear campaign and lawsuits against LifeLock, and similar companies.

The article makes a good point: forcing lenders to verify identity before issuing credit is exactly the sort of thing we need to do to fight identity theft.

Very intereting article. It's amazing what the credit card lobbyists can do. Lobbyists in general. I think the service does seem interesting although as the author mentions, it's a bit pricey.
