On April 23, I interviewed Kevin Walker, the Founder and CEO of SimpleTuition.com, a website that helps students and families navigate the complex world of student loans. SimpleTuition was voted the best student loan website in 2007 by Kiplingers.

The conversation covered:
  1. How the credit crunch is impacting students and parents looking for college and grad school loans.
  2. What students and parents should be doing to ensure they get the money they need at the lowest rate.
  3. How SimpleTuition.com can help students and parents with their college funding needs.
  4. The one (actually Kevin gave us two) thing about borrowing for college that students and parents should know, but most of the time don't.

Thanks for the info. I just checked with my previous loan provider and found out they have exited the business. Hopefully, I'll have enough time to get a new one.
