Good article. As I posted on your Blog, deleveraging is underway and not sure it can be stopped. As you point out, we're in a vicious cycle where bank failures scare consumers who spend less, who get unemployed, who lose more homes, who spend less, etc., etc.
I think the Fed has to cut interest rates.

I agree with you and thanks for commenting at my site as well. Time for exteremly risk averse strategies and to remember cash is king for now.
