Morgan Stanley economists look at dollar weakness and predict it will rise against Pound and Euro. They also believe that the Australian, New Zealand, and Canadian dollars will continue to rise.

Folks have piled into the pound and the Euro almost as if they were commodities, at the encouragement of their brokers who have said to diversify their retirement monies. It has also been to the chagrin of the Europeans who now can't export anything. These folks are going to get burned.
