The Funded is a website that allows entrepreneurs to rate their experiences and interactions with VCs. In general, VCs have been less than enthusiastic about the idea but there is nothing they can do.

Here's an example of a comment that is currently on the homepage regarding Sparks Capital:

I pitched to them over the phone because they were on the east coast. It honestly seemed like they were more interested in what I had to say about some of the other companies in the space (that they were also considering investing in).. kind of like I was doing there research for them. They said they were interested, but didn't follow up.
