Hello folks,
just a little about me. I began in the financial services industry in the mid nineties selling Municipal bonds. This was back when one had to take a 7 monster of a test, the now defunct Series 52; more than you ever wanted to know about Municipal and Government Bonds. After completing my training there I passed my Series 7 and 63 and began my life as a Financial Advisor. Back then we were known simply as Stockbrokers.
Around 2003 I switched to the mortgage industry and just in time to take advantage of the refi craze as rates just kept dropping and dropping. And we thought June of 2004 would be the bottom. Who would have guessed there would be a complete meltdown in that industry. One large enough that it dwarfed the Tech wreck in March of 2000.
I am now a freelance writer and novelist penning humorus sarcastic and slapstick stories sometimes loosely based on my own life. I pay the bills writing about the Financial Services Arena.
