CNBC today posted an entire 69 minute conversation which was turned over under subpoena by Fairfield Greenwich. If you listen to it, or even just a few minutes, it is clear that the feeder funds such as Fairfield were entirely complicit in his crime.

I listened to the entire thing and thought that it was moderately exculpatory to FG. The kids on the phone were so busy sucking up to Madoff that they missed it. The higher-ups in FG knew or should have known.
