I couldn't get the audio to work. You guys need to check that out.

Interesting points about CPI. I personally think it's understated. I just have to buy - anything - to know that prices have gone up significantly. Well, maybe not software but anything tangible has increased in cost. Or at least seemed to increase.

You can listen on the front page. That's where I found it.

Great info on ibonds. Google seems to be going strong but if ad market tanks so will Google. It's not immune.

@Sam - I'm not sure inflation is up everywhere. I was just in Walmart and they have a lot of cheap stuff. Food and energy has gone up though and that gets noticed.

How do ibonds work? I don't understand?

I couldn't hear the audio either. Went to the front page.

Thanks for the info on IBonds. It's clear with oil at $120 a barrel that inflation is a big problem. The Fed is in a pickle. It can no longer afford to cut rates but if it doesn't the big banks will go under. The bubbles are rising and popping like a roller coaster. Good luck to Bernanke.

Sorry about the audio. We made some fixes that should take care of the problem.
