The Blog Hedge Fund posts a compelling response to mutual fund king John Bogle's book "The Little Book of Common Sense Investing". Bogle advocates passive investing in index funds and trashes Hedge Funds.

I do think there is a place for Hedge Funds m(probably a big place), although investing in them is out of the range of most investors.
