Terrible that some people are still stuck. I hope they are able to get their money out soon.

The lady described in this case has a viable claim, but everybody is acting like children here. UBS coned her into something she didn't understand. And, now some attorneys have coned her into bringing a suit that they are never going to win. This lady is going to wind up being the victim of circumstance and end up living on the street when this is all over.
