On Thursday, the first of a set of new rules went into effect resulting from the landmark credit card legislation earlier this year. Many credit card companies rushed to hike rates and increase fees before this legislation took effect.

So if your credit card terms were changed for the worse, this article has some useful tips about where to look for a better credit card. It even mentioned Pentagon Federal Credit Union which has several great credit card deals. However, it didn't mention PenFed's Visa Platinum Cashback Rewards credit card which offers 5% cash back at the pump, 2% cash back at supermarkets and 1.25% cash back everywhere else.
