The 2009 title will be New York Coops for pennies. the only reason that this hasn't taken New York City down yet is that the brokers are full of more shit there.

New York is a solid market. The lower dollar is encouraging lots of foreign investment in the market. Our properties are being gobbled up by Europeans and Middle Easterners.
Real estate will come back. It always does.
