I agree. I think the housing market has more to corret. It's still simply too high for it not to come down more. It's leveled for a bit before more of a drop.

Remember, first the Fed said there wouldn't be a drop in prices. Then, it said it would limited to markets, then it said it would be brief. They're just saying things to prevent a real meltdown.
