It's starting in Massachusetts but watch out, it will be coming to a city near you. Big bailouts of borrowers to overextended themselves. I should have done the same to get a government hand-out.

Liberal ideas that promote the welfare state like this tend to get started in Massachusetts and effectively help nobody. I don't think it is going to spread to other states and there will be no federal move to bail out homeowners.
