As the housing market has come down and foreclosures have soared, the rental market has become more active. Many people who were foreclosed on though are having trouble even getting into a rental.

I'm still having trouble renting my investment property. Every time I find a tenant they back out. It's an expensive apartment so those interested probably can afford to buy. But why buy now when prices are falling?
