This is actually a very interesting article. If correct, the movement out of the sun belt will have significant repercussions that will need to be contemplated as our population ages.

I think retirement is going to shape the next 20 years of this country, and perhaps the world.

Yes, I would agree. Mixed living is the operative word. Most of my cronies don't want to be with each other. We'd rather be with younger people and our kids and grandkids.
