You asked me to participatein a survey. I do not see any questions.
1.In general I like your world currency accounts.
I am dissatisfied with the absence of US$ equivalents in many communications. If I look up the previous or wait for the next communication I can usually figure out how mujch money I made or lost. Although you indicate interest rate, it is difficult to find out whether the foreign currency gained or lost to the US$.
2. Sometimes, Interest rate tables are stuck, Because I an in Brazilian reales now, it does not bother me.
3. I do not think I saw my accounts more than once. The user name and passwords are too complicated, or are changed by you, so I cannot use my system of passwords which I can remember more easily.

Since January 2006 all statements received showed the Ending Balance $0.00. I have never wanted this account.

Why not save your expense and not send these needless statements?
