Competitive CD Rate at ING Direct

It's rare when ING Direct comes out with a competitive rate on its CDs. Now is one of those rare times. They're offering a 2.10% APY 1-year CD.

In my opinion, ING Direct has the best interface for opening CDs and managing them. The only downside that I can see is that they do not allow beneficiaries.
