The market rallied a bit on Friday on news of the Fed pumping money into the market. The mortgage market seems to be melting down and everyone is waiting to see how far the unwinding will go.

It will go further down. I've been in the market for years, and I am waiting for a real capitulation before I buy. "Hold your fire until you see the whites of their eyes."
