Flickr founders Caterina Fake and Stewart Butterfield are the latest in a string of executive resignations at Yahoo! Inc. Also on the list of people quitting Yahoo are Jeff Weiner, the executive vice president of Yahoo's network division, and Usama Fayyad, the chief data officer and executive vice president of research and strategic data solutions.

There is no reason for anyone to stay. Management is disassembling the company. It has no future, no spirit. What a shame. How sad for a company that build the best brand known to mankind.

What amazes me is that the people who destroyed the company are getting plum positions elsewhere.

People who destroy billions in shareholder value are considered "experts" and are courted by the VCs. Please.
It just goes to show you that if you are going to fail, make sure it is spectacular. People are actually attracted to spectacular failure.
