Nice recap. I agree with you. For weeks the technorati have been saying that Microsoft has to buy Yahoo and that it will. I've always said that Microsoft shouldn't pay more, if they should do the deal at all. It may still happen but it's looking pretty precarious. Of course, that's when things tend to come together.
If you're a Yahoo shareholder though, you better hope that the deal goes through.
