I have had 2-3 car loans with them with no problems. I called to check on refinancing my current vehicle of which they currently hold the loan. For some reason, and without my consent, they ran my credit. My score has now dropped 23 points and it’s “oh so sorry. We can’t do anything for you.” As soon as I can, I will take my car loan to USAA.
