Who can join?

The field of membership in this credit union is limited to the following persons:

1. Employees of Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and its majority owned subsidiaries, including employees of any successor(s) in interest, except foreign nationals at foreign locations;

2. Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union;

3. Employees of the Credit Union Financial Corporation (a CUSO) who work in Plano, Texas;

4. Persons who are receiving retirement, pension, or other benefits as a result of prior employment by any business or organization included within this field of membership;

5. Members of their immediate families;

6. Organizations of such persons;

7. Persons who live, work or are located in the business oriented development known as Legacy Business Park, in Plano, Texas, which is bounded by Highway 121 on the North, Preston Road on the East, and Spring Creek Parkway on the South and West;

8. Employees of subsidiary companies of EDS and on-site full time contractors/vendors who have a business relationship with EDS and who regularly work on EDS facilities at one or more EDS locations throughout the United States;

9. Persons who live, work or are located in Collin County, Texas;

10. Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school within a ten mile radius of the following credit union locations: 5381 Crooks Road, Troy, MI 48098; 1075 W. Entrance Drive, Auburn Hills, MI 48326; 13600 EDS Drive, Herndon, VA 20171; 46910 Community Plaza, Sterling, VA 20164; 5 Campus Circle, #B5-100, Westlake, TX 76262; 1 First American Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707; 1300 W. Warm Springs Road, Henderson, NV 89014; 3930 W. Craig Road, Suite #101, North Las Vegas, NV 89032; 5695 E. Charleston Blvd., Suite #139, Las Vegas, NV 89142; 6265 S. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89118; 7312 W. Cheyenne, Suite #2, Las Vegas, NV 89129;

11. Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the InTouch Credit Union’s branch located at 5640 Democracy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024;

12. Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in the United States within a ten (10) mile radius of the InTouch Credit Union branch located at 200 Renaissance Center, Suite 1201, Detroit, MI 48243;

13. Employees of First American Financial Corporation and CoreLogic Incorporated (formerly First American Corporation) and its wholly or majority owned subsidiaries, including employees of any successor(s) in interest and employees of any divested subsidiaries, who work in the United States; spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of their immediate families; and organizations of such persons; as well as Members of First American Federal Credit Union, Santa Ana, California as of the effective date of the merger with InTouch Credit Union;

14. Persons who live, work, worship or are located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;

15. Employees and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Clark, Nye, and Lincoln Counties, Nevada; as well as Members of Ensign Federal Credit Union, Las Vegas, Nevada as of the effective date of the purchase and assumption by InTouch Credit Union (11-13-09);

16. Any business or organization whose employees or members are within this field of membership;

17. Groups of employees or members of companies or associations which are located within reasonable geographic proximity of one of this credit union’s offices and which have furnished written evidence of the group’s desire to be eligible for membership; provided, however, that (1) any group having more than 300 employees or members or (2) any group already being served as primary members of another credit union shall be admitted only by an amendment of this section which specifically names the group being admitted2 ;
and members of the family of such persons.

The field of membership also includes employees of the credit union and members of their families.
