Customer Reviews for Incredible Bank, a division of River Valley Bank

Read the reviews, but did not have the same experience. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service! There are easy ways to avoid paper statement fees (like setting up Estatements). Love this bank, and the handwritten thank you note I received!

and, I left it alone for a bit and racked up a ton of $15 statement fees that they wouldn't waive. Ended up with a lot less. Put your money some where else.

This is supposed to be a list of internet banks. Internet banks don't charge outrageous fees, treat their users like shit and have zero customer service like this one. I have no idea why you jackasses at Bankrate keep this on your list.

Nasty, disrespectful, awful, ... Other words come to mind but I would probably be censored.

You are charging me a $15 paper statement fee for an online account and no way to get out of it?
