I have 5 other cd's at competing banks and have not had trouble. I tried 3 times today to open one w/ bradesco and it repeatedly declines my app after I input the code they sent me. Customer service was no help whatsoever as they told me the email they sent would explain why. Wrong again. Email informed me I was declined. Never try this bank again; same rates elsewhere.

I'm really hesitating to buy a CD here after reading the reviews. Customer service is extremely important, especially when you can't go to the Bank in person to deal with matters of concern. Is your Bank addressing these problems?
