Former Marlin Loan that was paid off in 2014 on a welder. I have found a 3.5 acre property that I want to purchase to expanmd my business. The property has 1400 sq ft house and 2 car garage. i could have my fabrication shop there and rent spaces for RV, Boat, Truck, Trailer, Constructiuon Equioment staorage by the month.
