Put my name on the waiting list and got contacted 72 hours later. Opened account and now I am getting 4.20%.

Agree with the prior review even though it is 10 years old. It is shady and it doesn't show up on other sites. However, they did pay me 5.30% and although it is recently lowered to 5.15% it is still the best rate around.

Very shady feel throughout the application process. They sold my info to other banks and junk companies so I assume that is their goal. They will sell your mortgage ASAP. Buyer beware....scammy
