Republic Bank - Nationwide Branches

This by far is one of the worst banks ever. My mom had checks stolen from her and cashed by Republic Bank. There was NOTHING written on the check no date no amount no pay to the order of on one of the checks. The other checks were not signed or written correctly either all them equaled $22,000.00 this bank said they would NOT give her money back because it wasn’t fraudulent. How is cashing checks with no writing on them ok? I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT using this bank.
