I applied foe a refi in mid-January and supplied all requested documentation. In mid-February, I was asked for additional docs which I promptly supplied. In early March, my application was “withdrawn” by the bank. My loan officer (Robin Hill) told me I had “too much information to process”. Nine days ago I called the VP of mortgage lending and after a long conversation was promised some results in 2 days ... and I have not heard from them since. My wife and I have excellent credit and have bought and sold many homes. We have NEVER been treated with such unprofessional disregard. I would never recommend this bank and urge anyone considering home refinancing to look elsewhere for their mortgage needs,

Horrible service, 0 communication Email only,extremely high closing cost,3.5 months never closed. Switching lenders I do not recommend
