My debit card stopped working 5 weeks ago and I requested 6 times for a new card with the same number to be issued........never got the card, after I was told during my last call (over an hour of nonsense) that a new card with a different number would be expedited (meaning I have to wait for FEDEX to deliver--stay at home to sign). Now I have to change ALL of my autodraft bill payees ...11 businesses !!! What a bunch of IDIOTS !!! Closing the account and going elsewhere.
