I stayed with Vantage bank when they merged with DHanis bank because of the excellent service there . That remained excellent till you change the ability to deal locally. At the beginning of this review I was on hold for 11 min 30 sec. just to talk to a customer service person. If this is not corrected to where I can deal with the bank in Hondo I will sease to be a customer of this Bank. I waited for 15 minutes with no one answering listing to a recording telling me how fast someone would be with me. BS.
