During my membership with First Entertainment Credit Union, I experienced a less than optimal situation. The treatment I received as an employee was unsatisfactory, characterized by managerial inefficiency. This led to low expectations as a member, and unfortunately, those expectations were realized. The overall experience was regrettable and inconvenient. Subsequently, I went back to a full-service bank, which proved to be the right choice.
