I cannot say that I am too happy about the rate, but the service on this one is excellent.

    Online Savings Rates

I've had accounts with all the most recognized banks on this list. CItizens Access is the best. Followed closely by Purepoint and then my Marcus. The others have awful websites (CIT, Synchrony) or awful customer service (Sallie Mae, Cap1, Synchrony again). I have nothing to gain personally from saying this, but if where the rates are close, chose this one.

    Online Savings Rates

This is the best bank on the list. Sure rates have come down and all that, but they are still competitive and their service is second to none.

It was a grand entrance but the bank has given up being competitive.

Got sucked into this one with all of the hoopla and advertising and now the service and the rate suck. It is like Synchrony. I am going to close this down and go for a smaller bank with better service.
