I tried to reach them by phone and through their website to open an account. Both times I made clear that I wanted to put a large amount on deposit. Weeks past and no response. I live a couple of blocks away from their main branch on Broadway but I ain't going in there until after the pandemic. Not sure who they are targetting with this rate, but I will take a pass.
