Unbelievably bad! i was rejected for a CD account. I wanted to make a large CD purchase. They told me they cannot tell me why I was rejected. My credit is flawless and I am very well off financially. They use a third-party app to verify accounts, but they can't tell you why the third-party app rejects you. The fact that they would not investigate this further is incredibly bad customer service. I would recommend not using this bank.
