The people at the Blanding branch are great. The customer service is horrible. No reason to ever call them. They have absolutely nothing to offer. They did help me consolidate my debt at the Blanding branch. They also approved me for a VISA platnum, but then they canceled the account with no explanation. The day that I got it in the mail. I work for Utah State University. I figure I should be with Golden Valley Credit Union anyways. You can keep your VISA Desert Rivers, and I'll be taking my Auto Loan to Golden Valley as well. Bye Desert Rivers. Your customer service representatives were rude and useless.
