long time disgruntled | Nov 5, 2023

I am a 30 year customer at this institution. Recently applied for a CD funded by money already in the system different account. 10 days later has still not been processed. Multiple calls no solution, at this time closing accounts. Very sad but in today's world I am just another account number.
