Worst credit union. It has definitely went down over the years in my opinion. Customer service has definitely become a thing of the past. Personal experience that they do what they want with your money when they want to. Example: if you get a credit card with them they will bleed your savings account anytime they feel like it to cover the credit card even without your consent. No matter if you make a payment or not. They will also proceed to call and harass you even after you request they do not call you. I’d suggest doing business elsewhere.
