Echoing the other negative reviews here. Avoid because rate is bait-and-switch, website is awful and service is not acceptable (provided by offshore reps who barely speak English, raise their voice and address me as Mr Jeff). There are plenty of banks on this site who honor their word and treat you with respect.

Vaporware. Was approved to open an account. I logged in on several different browsers with differing rendering codes--each time got nothing but 3 circles running left to right for up to a half hour when I gave up. Customer service escalated my query to the tech side, which told me that since I could log in there was no problem. If my account still exists there is no way to use it! Of course, opening bonus denied.

Seems to be a different rate depending which site you come from. I guess 0.60% is from BestcashCow, but I saw 0.80% on Magnify.
