have been banking with FSFCU since 1994 when i joined active duty. I kept my account here after i came off of active duty in 2006 and joined the Army Reserves. Unfortunately some way my card seems to get compromise and i have to ordwr a new one. The representative always offers different ways you can receive the card. I work for the USPS, so I always choose express. I know if they go and mail the card by the cutoff time that i should receive it when the bank tells me or they can receive their money back because it is a gauranteed date.

FSFCU is guilty with charging the customer telling them it will get there the next day and not going to mail the card until late or forgetting to mail the card. The first time it took 7 days to receive my replacement card that was suppose to be mailed express and received the next day. Everytime i called it was a different excuse and the bank still wanted me to pay the express fee after it was their fault until i had to really let them know that customera has righta as well. I called 11/21/22 and the customer representatitve assured me that my card qas beint sent out. I went to the post office that i am employeed and there is no express that arrived for me. I called FSFCU back to let them know my card didnt come in and ahe stated it was only12:43. I told her that work at the post office that the card was suppose to arrive and the card didnt arrive with the express. She place me on hold for a long period of time and came back and said it was sent to the wrong place. I ask her if i could havw the.tracking number and she said sure let me obtain it. She came back on and stated because the card was accidently addressed to someone else that they couldn't give me that information. I stated if it is addressed to someone else, then it wasn't my card. She kept with the lies and told me they could send it out today but it wouldn't arrive until friday. I dont know how she would know this if it wasnt mailed yet. So i ask for the tracking number and ofcourse she couldnt provide it. She told me she would call me back with it and the date of arrival. I called back and it hadnt been mailed yet so ofcourse the cutoff date was missed. The representative finally called back and lied and said ahe mailed it earlier. I checked the time when it was mailed and it wasnt mailed intil my second call to.rhem which was too late for next day service. I needed this card for my travels. They are really not concerned with the customer's need. You offer something, the bank shoukd do their best to follow through with the plans. I am so dissatisfied with the card replacement service because it seems that they cheat alot of people out of their money if they dont know how the postal service work.

6201 NW Cache Road- This credit union has extremely long lines and are regularly short of tellers. I've been present when some customers have either walked out upon entering and seeing the length of the line, and/or the elderly were unable (because of physical fatigue or handicap) to wait any longer and choose to leave. There have been instances when the desk tellers were running back and forth because they were also working the drive-up windows simultaneously. The tellers were doing their best, but very lacking in professionalism. I now expect to wait in line 45 min. each time I go in, because that is the normal situation. The tellers are usually very nice, but seem to be under-trained. The whole place seems to be disorganized. The first time I walked in to open an account, I thought it was 'casual' Friday, I now know after 4 months of banking here that that is the normal state of employee dress (t-shirts and jeans), I should have realized after waiting almost 2 hours to get to speak to an acct. mgr. that there were going to be future problems. The nicest thing about the credit union is that it is clean, and the security guards are always friendly and nice. I've considered changing credit unions, and the only reason I haven't 'yet', is because the location is closest to my home. I'm shopping around now to find a new banking institution.
