Customer Reviews for Fortera

After being part of this credit union for many years have am closing my accounts. I deposited a very large check from an estate account they told me they needed to put a hold. No problem. The time is up. Called the main branch they agreed with me but said only the branch that put the hold on can do anything they have me the run around. My guess is they want to make money from my money. This cr credit union was ok until I came into real money. I asked several times what law said they can do this they could not answer.
